What does a website cost?
It starts at 450 euros for a site meant to bring in enquiries, 900 euros for a full website and 1,500 euros for a webshop. What it comes to for you depends on scope, but you get one fixed amount up front, no hourly billing and no surprise invoice at the end.
How long does it take?
A one-page site is live in about 4 days, a multi-page site in about 10 days. That clock starts at the first payment, revision rounds come on top of that. Having your text and photos ready keeps it that fast.
Do I own the site?
Yes. Hosting and SSL are part of the price and we keep the site online, so it is not something you have to think about. Changes after that run through a maintenance retainer set to your actual amount of work, because one client needs far more than another. If you would rather host it yourself, you get every file and can take it wherever you want. You are not locked in.
I already have a website. Can you improve it?
Usually yes, and most of the time the site does not need rebuilding. We measure what goes wrong first, order it by what pays back most, and rebuild only that. There is deliberately no starting price on it: for one client it is a product page and for another the whole checkout. The audit is free. How we go about it
Can I have a website built in Rotterdam?
Yes, Lynq is based in Rotterdam. You never need to come by: everything happens online, from the first conversation to handover. So it makes no difference whether your business is in Rotterdam or anywhere else.
Do you work outside the Netherlands?
Yes, wherever in the world your business is. Any country, no exceptions. All the work is remote, so your location makes no difference to the result. The one thing we never do is visit in person, not even locally. Dutch or English, both fine.
Will my site be found by ChatGPT?
Every site we build is set up for this as standard, at no extra cost. Your details, services and questions go into a form AI assistants can actually read and quote. Nobody can guarantee a spot in ChatGPT, but most sites are simply unreadable to it and yours will not be.
